• This could be NASCAR’s attempt to show 23XI and FRM how serious they are about this lawsuit. How badly do you think not having charters will affect these teams?
• It’s been a long time since we saw an open-car perform well in the NASCAR Cup Series. Do you think these teams will be able to win next year if their charters are taken away?
• Denny Hamlin has always threatened that if these charter negotiations were to go bad teams would refuse to show up to certain racetracks. Do you think 2311 and FRM will refuse to go to any races next year?
