- Honeycutt will carry the name of the late Craftsman Truck Series team owner on the name rail of his No. 45 Silverado this weekend at Pocono. Henderson Motorsports announced the passing of its owner via a post on X Saturday morning.
- Henderson has owned a NASCAR team since 1982, fielding entries in the Cup, Xfinity, and, most recently, the Craftsman Truck Series. Since 2012, Henderson has fielded drivers such as Parker Kligerman, Sam Mayer, and Connor Zilisch in his No. 75 truck.
- The team even won a few races, both with Kligerman behind the wheel, first at Talladega in 2017 and then at Mid-Ohio in 2022. Upon his retirement from full-time racing this past season, Kligerman announced that he would race part-time with Henderson this season. The two won the season opener at Daytona before failing post-race inspection, giving the win to Corey Heim.
- Following the passing of Henderson, those in the NASCAR community stepped up to pay their respects online. Kligerman, the driver most associated with the No. 75 truck, posted on X, “Thank you Charlie for being the incredible, supportive, passionate racer that myself and many other racers owe a debt of gratitude for your support and love of racing.”
