What’s Happening?

NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series veteran Josh Williams is returning to DGM Racing to drive the team’s No. 92 in 2026 and beyond.

  • Per the announcement from DGM, Williams is returning as part of a multi-year deal. Veteran Crew Chief Steve Addington, known for his time calling the shots for drivers like Kyle Busch and Tony Stewart, will sit on top of the pit box for the team, and former NASCAR driver Reed Sorenson will serve as spotter.
  • Williams is coming off what was set to be his seventh full-time effort in the NASCAR Xfinity Series and second at Kaulig Racing. However, following a tough start to the season, Kaulig parted ways with the veteran driver, who went on to wrap up the season racing with DGM and Alpha Prime Racing.
  • Prior to signing with Kaulig, Williams made his name racing with DGM Racing, driving multiple car numbers for the team from 2016 to 2023. In the team’s lengthy history in NASCAR’s secondary National Series, Williams is responsible for 11 of the team’s all-time top-ten finishes, second only to Alex Labbe.
  • Williams’ return is part of a larger overhaul at DGM from this past season, which began with the announced departure of Ryan Ellis, who will race with Young’s Motorsports in 2026. Thursday, DGM also announced that Josh Bilicki will not return to the team for the coming season.
