Since the docuseries  Drive to Survive premiered, the love for Formula One in America has only grown. Since then, Formula One has added two extra races in America and an American team has attempted to join the Formula One grid. Unfortunately, if you look at the concession prices that F1 is charging fans and that Andretti got rejected from joining the grid. It seems as though Formula 1 only wants American money and not American participation. Brake Hard is here to update you on all of the prices of the recent Miami Grand Prix.

  • As the Miami Grand Prix rolls around concession stand prices have come onto the Internet, including $180 for simply just nachos. Do you believe that F1 is trying to price out all of the hard-core American race fans?
  • As NASCAR fans know, one of the best and most beautiful race tracks in the world is Homestead-Miami Speedway, with multiple grooves, beautiful scenes, and even a road course, Formula One still decides to put one of their biggest races of the year in the parking lot for the Miami Dolphins. Considering that there are many tracks that you can go to for significantly cheaper, What track would you rather go to the Miami Grand Prix?
  • Even though F1 has a lot of extreme pricing for food. Beer and water seem to be the standard American concession price of 10 and 5 dollars. Is this pricing situation for the Miami Grand Prix being overblown?

How much do you think is an acceptable price for beer? How much do you think you would spend in a weekend if you went to the Miami Grand Prix? I think the true question is who is buying this stuff? Let Brake Hard know all of your thoughts and questions in the comment section.
