What’s Happening?
Trackhouse Racing team owner Justin Marks will be racing next weekend in the Xfinity Series. Marks will drive the number 10 car for Kaulig Racing at the Chicago Street Course.
- Marks was one of NASCAR’s best road course racers prior to becoming a team owner. He most famous in NASCAR for winning at Mid-Ohio in the rain in the Xfinity Series in 2016. He’s also an eight-time winner in the NASCAR Grand-Am Rolex Sports Car Series, and he is a one-time winner in IMSA.
- The 10 car for Kaulig Racing has been run by a few different drivers including Kyle Busch, Austin Dillon, Kyle Larson, AJ Allmendinger, and Justin Haley. However, with no Cup drivers allowed, it opens up the opportunity for Marks.
- Fans are intrigued on social media about this. Marks is an interesting driver with more street racing experience than a lot of drivers in the field.
