What’s Happening?

Jordan Anderson Racing has announced that Blaine Perkins will return for a second full-time season in the team’s No. 31. This move locks in the team’s entire 2026 lineup, which, for the first time, will feature three full-time entries.

  • This coming season will mark Perkins’s second full-time campaign in the NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series. The 25-year-old signed to race full-time with JAR prior to the start of the 2025 season, taking over the No. 31 previously driven by Parker Retzlaff.
  • In 2025, Perkins scored four top-ten finishes and an average finish of 23.7, starting all 33 races for the first time in his career. This average finish was also an improvement from his 26.1 in 2024 and a career best for Perkins in his three seasons with more than 30 starts.
  • Perkins made his NASCAR National Series debut in 2021 in the NASCAR Xfinity Series with Our Motorsports. His first full-time effort came in the Craftsman Truck Series with CR7 Motorsports in 2022, and, before establishing himself as an Xfinity Series regular with Our and RSS Racing in 2023 and 2024.
  • JAR will field Perkins alongside returning veteran Jeb Burton in the No. 27 as the team’s 2026 full-time drivers. They will also field a full-time “All-Star” car, the No. 32, with a rotating door of drivers, including Rajah Caruth.
