What’s Happening?

iRacing’s NASCAR console game, NASCAR 25, is still in early access. However, ahead of Tuesday’s official release, fans are already encountering problems with the game. So, how do you contact NASCAR 25 for support?

Early Access for the Gold Edition of NASCAR 25 opened last Friday. While the game has had its positives, as a new game, it isn’t without its faults.

On Early Access launch day, fans experienced several issues, including a glitch that could lead to unlimited restarts or no force feedback in their steering wheels.

iRacing has been responsive to customer complaints and issues, with the team providing frequent updates on fixing these issues. Nonetheless, after Early Access opened on Friday and into Saturday, customers often complained that there was no centralized place to report these issues to the team.

As usual, fans took to Reddit, X, and YouTube in an attempt to catch the developers’ attention. While you could reach out to the NASCAR 25 X account or email the team at Support@nascar25.com, as of this weekend, NASCAR 25 finally has a home base to sort through in-game problems.

On Saturday, NASCAR 25 announced the creation of a NASCAR 25 Category within the NASCAR Discord Server. This includes channels to share paint schemes, in-game clips, and, most importantly, to discuss bugs and glitches with the NASCAR 25 Dev team.

To join the NASCAR server, use the link found in NASCAR ’25’s post on X. If you are already in the NASCAR Discord Server, look for the NASCAR 25 Category, which features channels focusing on bugs, news, and in-game content. If you are wanting to report a bug in the channel, make sure to utilize the Bug Report Template pinned at the top of the Bug Report Channel.
