What’s Happening?
NASCAR fans can now purchase the same Kyle Busch tribute hat worn by industry members during last weekend’s tributes to the two-time champion. Here’s where you can get one.

After NASCAR legend Kyle Busch’s abrupt passing last Thursday, his footprint across NASCAR history led to plenty of tributes at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Throughout last week’s tributes, drivers and team members wore a black hat to honor Busch. Now, after a wave of questions about where to get these hats, fans can get their hands on them online.
NASCAR released the black No. 8 tribute hat just this week after the Coca-Cola 600 weekend at Charlotte Motor Speedway, offering it in the same adjustable and embroidered version worn by drivers, crew members, and teams throughout the weekend.
The hat is available through three options: the NASCAR Shop by Fanatics, Richard Childress Racing’s online shop, and Kyle Busch’s online merchandise outlet, each of which scrambled to meet the demand for the commemorative cap worn throughout the emotional Coca-Cola 600 weekend following Rowdy’s sudden death.
Fans placing orders for the cap are expected to receive deliveries in a few weeks, as they are on pre-order.
However, longtime collectors and die-hard supporters have been warned to steer clear of third-party bootleg sellers and instead search for official “Officially Licensed NASCAR” holograms or tags before making purchases.
As usual, the community has stepped up to make sure everyone is encouraging buyers to stick with official outlets such as NASCAR Shop, Fanatics, or Richard Childress Racing Shop.
What Other Memorabilia Can Fans Purchase?
As of right now, the hat is one of a few official options for Kyle Busch tribute merchandise. Several products surfaced online this week following an emotional stretch across NASCAR in which drivers, teams, and fans paid tribute to the two-time Cup Series champion.
Still, there is merch available from before his passing, including hats, shirts, hoodies, die-cast cars, and collectible memorabilia carrying Busch’s No. 8 branding. Some of which can be found online or at the track via Merch Haulers.
According to fans who attended the Charlotte race weekend, a portion of merchandise sales at the Richard Childress Racing hauler will benefit the Samantha and Kyle Busch Bundle of Joy Fund.
