Former JR Motorsports Driver Confirms NASCAR Return

What’s Happening?

Former JR Motorsports late model driver and two-time NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series Champion Connor Hall is returning to the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series for his second start of 2026 with Niece Motorsports.

• Hall will once again pilot the team’s No. 4 next weekend in the Truck Series race at Richmond Raceway. Previously, the 29-year-old made one start with the team this season, a 20th-place finish at Rockingham.
• While his 2026 starts are few and far between, it is worth noting that Hall has a brief but noteworthy history at the track. In 2024, he made his NASCAR National Series debut driving the No. 91 truck for McAnally-Hilgemann Racing, coming home with an impressive tenth-place finish.
• Though he is not racing full-time in any series, Hall has pieced together a diverse 2026 so far. This includes starts with SPS Racing in the ARCA Menards Series East, and a handful of races in the CARS Late Model Stock Car Tour, winning at Langley Speedway in May.
• Prior to this season, Hall made a name for himself racing late models across the country. Last season, the 2023 and 2024 NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series Champion finished second in CARS Late Model Stock Car points, driving JR Motorsports’ No. 88.
• Hall is one of many drivers Niece has used to fill out its Truck Series lineup during the 2026 season. In particular, alongside the Virginia native, the No. 4 has seen Cleetus McFarland, Ben Maier, Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Shane van Gisbergen, Stefan Parsons, and Donovan Strauss behind its wheel.
