Drag Racer Lizzy Musi, Girlfriend of Jeffrey Earnhardt, Passes Away

Lizzy Musi, a drag racer and girlfriend of NASCAR driver Jeffrey Earnhardt, has tragically passed away at 33 years old after a battle with breast cancer. Her father, drag racing legend Pat Musi, broke the news in a statement on Facebook Friday morning.

Surrounded by her Family, in the comfort of her own home, Lizzy was called to heaven at 11:25pm tonight . Thank you for all the prayers and support throughout her battle , At this time , the family would like to have time to process, grief and make arrangements in peace. we will give an update as soon as we have information to share.

• Musi was a drag racer and reality TV star. She starred in “Street Outlaws: No Prep King” alongside her father and continued to race all through that.
• Lizzy revealed in an Instagram post in April of 2023 that she had been diagnosed with stage 4 breast cancer. Despite her diagnosis, she still raced some over the last year, a testament to her strong will and determination.
• Fans were deeply saddened by the news. However, they also paid tribute to how tough she fought cancer after the diagnosis, and many take inspiration from that.
