What’s Happening?
A fan-favorite NASCAR Podcast will be back in 2025. However, the co-hosts of the show are going to shake up ahead of this change. Here’s what’s new with Door, Bumper, Clear in 2025.
- Door, Bumper, Clear is a NASCAR podcast produced by Dale Earnhardt Jr.’s Dirty Mo Media. Spotters Brett Griffin and TJ Majors hosted the show upon its launch in 2016. However, the show found its stride with the addition of Freddie Kraft as a co-host, making the group a trio.
- DBC is known for its wild conversation and occasional drama. Some of this drama stems from rumors dropped on the show, such as one from 2024 that claimed that Alex Bowman would be out at Hendrick at the end of the season. While this rumor was false, it raised tensions in the NASCAR community.
- Toward the end of the 2024 season, Griffin announced his departure from the show, and fans knew that major changes were on the way for the show. Monday, Dirty Mo Media confirmed that while the show will be back next year, it will have a refreshed look.
- The new lineup includes the returning Freddie Kraft and new co-hosts. These co-hosts are 2002 Daytona 500-winning Crew Chief Tommy Baldwin and Earnhardt family member Karsyn Elledge. Elledge played a part-time role in the show in 2024 and looks to be a part of the full-time cast in 2025.
- Aside from rumors about their departure, the reason the two former co-hosts will not return is unknown. The new show’s first season will debut on Feb. 3.
