RFK Racing has fought rumors since mid-August that it is expanding to a third car. However, on Thursday night, RFK posted a meme on its X account, and a small detail from that post could hint at that future.
RFK Racing may have the best social media in all of NASCAR, but while not a jab at other teams, their frequent memes, and in-house content could go head-to-head with any team in NASCAR.
Thursday evening, RFK Racing posted what seemed to be a random meme about Chris Buescher. However, this meme contained a subtle detail: a time stamp that read 06:17:59.
This post blew up, not for the humor but for the timestamp, of which most predicted referred to RFK’s new third car.

The rumors that RFK Racing was expanding in 2025 began in mid-August when Adam Stern of Sports Business Journal posted on X that major sponsor Kroger would join RFK Racing in 2025.
With this expansion, Stern also suggested that RFK was adding a third Chartered entry. RFK Racing has continued its competitive growth since driver Brad Keselowski joined as an owner/driver in 2022. For some time, there has been speculation that the team would add another car at some point.
The rumor mill quickly pointed to Stewart Haas Racing driver Ryan Preece as the driver of this third car. While he seemed like an odd choice due to his past performance and age, insiders suggest that those in the industry believe Preece has yet to see his potential in NASCAR.
When asked about this, RFK Racing owner Brad Keselowski laughed it off, denying it, but in a playful manner.

In the timestamp 06:17:59, fans have focused on the 06, representing Brad Keselowski, the 17, referring to Chris Buescher, and the 59, perhaps referring to a new car.
So will this car be the No. 59? In NASCAR, the No. 59 has not raced at the Cup Series level since 2016, when Michael McDowell raced it at Homestead to a top-ten for Leavine Family Racing. Well, 59 is an odd choice for Rousch, Kesloski, and Preece.
But in time, of course, 59 is one from 60, which would loop over to .00. So perhaps RFK is hinting that the No. 60 is up next. RFK has a long history with the No. 60 in the Xfinity Series, dating back to Roush Racing. However, earlier this year, RFK brought the No. 60 to Cup as an “All-Star” car. Perhaps 59 is not the answer, but a hint at 60.
But, as always, NASCAR fans tend to dig a little too deep in their spare time. Perhaps the admin left 59 on as to say 6:17:59 is the limit. But it could mean much more.

On February 17, Ubisoft released a trailer that confirmed that NASCAR would be included in The Crew Motorfest’s next season update. Details were limited at the time, but in a press release issued today, Ubisoft revealed the full details of the update ahead of its March 4 launch.
Ubisoft says drafting will affect car speed and help save fuel, implying that drafting will be a huge factor in the game, at least with these cars. You can check out this and much more on Ubisoft’s official post linked below
Earlier this Tuesday, the official The Crew Motorfest account clarified confusion around the NASCAR bundles. The Crew Credit (CC) bundles only include cosmetic team liveries, not additional cars. The 3 base Next Gen cars (Ford Mustang Dark Horse, Toyota Camry XSE, and Chevrolet ZL1) are part of the free Season 9 update and can be purchased separately.
Mitch Rasmussen, NASCAR’s Senior Director of Interactive, said in the press release:
We’re excited to bring our iconic brand to life in The Crew Motorfest. This collaboration represents another important step in our strategy to bring NASCAR into the digital spaces and places where next generation fans spend their time, giving players new ways to interact with the culture and communities they love.
