Frankie Muniz has yet to announce his plans for 2024, but it seems he may have accidentally leaked his plans, at least partially. After the 2024 Xfinity and Truck Series schedules were released, Muniz put out a now-deleted tweet saying “Nice to see the schedule I’ll be reaching next season”. That sentence does not make a lot of sense, but, some assumed reaching could be a typo for “racing”. Did he accidentally leak his future plans?
What This Tweet Could Mean
Now, the biggest thing to note is that this tweet was obviously a typo of some sort. The sentence formed makes no sense, and some are theorizing that it’s a typo for “racing”. Maybe he meant to say “reaching for” instead of just reaching, and he is hoping to get himself into Trucks or Xfinity next season.
Either way, it could mean that Muniz has teased his plans for 2024, and that is to move up. It would be only logical for Muniz after what has been a solid season in ARCA. He’s not proven himself as a star by any means, but he has shown himself to be a solid race car driver.
He has made it no secret that he wants to make the jump upwards next season, and this very well could show he has plans in the works. However, it could also be a tweet that was accidentally sent out that means absolutely nothing. We do not know what it means, however, it still got us thinking about where Muniz could go in 2024.
Where Can He Go in 2024?
ThorSport: Truck Series
With Hailie Deegan officially moving up to Xfinity in 2024, that leaves the 13 Truck open for 2024 with a Ford team. Muniz would love to make the move up to a team like ThorSport because he knows how good their equipment is. The question, like every one of these options, will be sponsorship given that Muniz has had to rely on Ford throughout the latter part of the ARCA Season. However, Muniz could find an interesting home with ThorSport
Front Row Motorsports: Truck Series
We theorized what it looks like for Muniz to go to Front Row, and it continues to be an option for him. Front Row has not officially announced their plans for their 2024 Truck Series team as of yet, and Muniz may have a slot here. The question is whether or not Front Row wants someone either younger or with a longer pedigree than Muniz, which makes someone like Brett Moffitt an interesting candidate for a ride in 2024.
AM Racing: Xfinity Series
AM Racing previously announced that they hope to run two Xfinity Series cars in 2024, so, what is stopping them from potentially signing Muniz? Based on the Hailie Deegan announcement, it’s uncertain if/when that second car will happen. It may not be a full-time ride, but Muniz is a candidate for this ride.
RSS Racing: Xfinity Series
If there is a full-time option in Xfinity with a Ford team, this may be it. Rod Seig owns this team, and it has been a staple of the Xfinity Series for years. If Muniz can scrounge up the sponsorship needed, this may be the perfect spot for him to land.
These are just a few options, but Muniz has places he can go in 2024. Maybe he has a deal lined up, but he is still uncertain about where exactly he will go.
In the Stands
Fans on Reddit came up with many of their own ideas for what this tweet meant, and where Muniz could go in 2024. Their responses ranged from multiple different teams and different series, but others just made fun of the obvious typo. What did the fans have to say?
If you have followed NASCAR Twitter, you should know that PrivatePorno69 tweeted out that Spire would buy KBM before it actually happened. Maybe there is some inside information here.

xelanalpak was not the only one to make fun of Muniz’s typo.
