A huge new story just broke, and Bubba Wallace will be fined for his post-race incident with Alex Bowman. Eric Estepp from Out Of The Groove is here to give you his reaction to the whole incident. 

• In the past, penalties usually are not as hefty as the one Bubba Wallace got this week. Do you think $50,000 is a fair fine for Bubba Wallace?
