This was an amazing weekend for racing, two photo finishes, two-night races, and every single race was fantastic and the top it all off Verstappen didn’t win. Here to break down everything that went on in the racing world this weekend is Matt on the Brake Hard podcast. 

• On Sunday night, we saw the closest NASCAR finish of all time, but after the race fans noticed things like the start finish line not being exactly straight. We all know by now that NASCAR uses a camera in the infield to determine the winner, not electronic timing or the start-finish line. It’s been no secret that he had been struggling in the car, but over the last few weeks, Alex Bowman has put together a few top 10s and has shown a growing consistency kind of like the same run that Chase Elliott was on before he got his win. • Since 2021, Red Bull has dominated Formula One and over the last two years it seemed possible that a Red Bull car could win every single race. Well this week at the Miami Grand Prix fan favorite Lando Norris was able to outpace Red Bull. Do you think if F1 becomes more competitive they will have another Boom in popularity?
