In an utter disaster of a race, Ben Rhodes survives and is what is considered a champion in today’s NASCAR format. It is the second title for the Ford F150 driver after Corey Heim in the Toyota Tundra and Carson Hocevar in the Silverado take turns wrecking each other. Grant Enfinger who was leading the title chase is caught up in the ensuing caution fest. The whole result calls into question not only the legitimacy of the title but also the whole system of racing that NASCAR has produced.
