NASCAR announced a brand new arcade-style NASCAR video game to be released later this year.

NASCAR announced today that they will be partnering with GameMill Entertainment to release a new NASCAR Arcade-Style game, NASCAR Arcade Rush. According to NASCAR, the game will be $49.99 and released on Steam, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, XBOX Series X/S, XBOX One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.

The game will feature cars from all throughout the history of NASCAR and arcade-style versions of NASCAR tracks, and it will be released later this year.

  • NASCAR has released arcade-style games before. The most recent original one was NASCAR Unleashed in 2011. NASCAR currently has their exclusive simulation-style video game license with Motorsport Games, but when they will release their next game is anyone’s guess.
  • GameMill Entertainment creates casual/arcade-style video games using licensed brands and characters. According to their website, games they release include NHRA Speed for All, Little League World Series 2022, and Nick Kart Racers 3.
  • Fans on social media are intrigued by the game. They are excited to see a new NASCAR video game, regardless of what it is.

I guess it’s something RealRadman

The fact that there is some sort of new NASCAR video game content is a welcome sight to most of the community. GameMill probably sees an opportunity to capitalize on a market that has not gotten a new game in a while, so it makes sense for both sides.
