In the Stands

Okay, so, there’s a lot to break down here. Essentially, Elliott out, Bowman in, Gibbs in, Allmendinger in, Chastain in, Suarez in, and Stenhouse gets past round 1.

Truex and Gibbs in the Round of 8? Interesting.

That means Legacy Motor Club gets four wins. I guess it’s possible?

There have been 10 different winners this year, so purely points paying positions will be at a premium later in the year.

The question is, does Gilliland make it out of the first round or not?

Two Hendrick cars out, who would have thought?

Quite possibly the least unbelievable title.

What an upset this would be.

Imagine an off-the-wall winner at Watkins Glen? Also Watkins Glen without stage breaks will prove to be interesting.

Chastain has been close at times thus far this season.

Quite a quartet of guys missing out on the big prize.

Who knows if any of these headlines will actually happen. However, if the NASCAR Playoffs have taught us anything, it’s that crazy things tend to happen.
