What’s Happening?

As part of their annual convention, the American Truck Historical Society is hosting a special fundraiser raffle giving away two VIP tickets to a NASCAR race weekend.

• In an effort to raise money for its Building Maintenance Campaign, the American Truck Historical Society is giving away two VIP tickets to the NASCAR Cup Series Chase race at Kansas Speedway on September 27.
• The raffle is already underway, with tickets being sold for $5 each at the ATHS Headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri. For those interested in buying at a later date, they will also be on sale at the annual ATHS National Convention and Truck Show.
• Tickets sold help support the ATHS and its mission of preserving trucking history and the preservation of its Kansas City headquarters. The winner of the raffle will be chosen on Friday, June 5, during the ATHS Awards Banquet at the ATHS National Convention in Springfield, Missouri.
• To help promote the raffle, NASCAR Cup Series Champion Joey Logano and his father, Tom, a member of the ATHS, joined Out of the Groove’s Eric Estepp to talk about what the ATHS means to them.
