The wives and girlfriends of the NASCAR drivers rarely stand in the epicenter when a driver takes the checkered flag, yet they carry the load when the road turns rough. Fans catch a glimpse of them on pit road before the green flag, and again in victory lane when a race is won.
In between, much of the work happens out of sight. Wives and partners keep the wheels turning at home, handling day-to-day life so drivers can keep their focus on the next lap, the next restart, the next call from the pit box. From managing a household to guiding their children through school, they hold the line while the schedule has the drivers grinding them week after week.
Despite that role, many of these names remain outside the public eye. The spotlight tends to swing toward the driver, leaving the support system in the shadows.
So, here we are going to look at the wives and girlfriends across all three NASCAR National Touring Series. , from the Cup Series to the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series to the Craftsman Truck Series.
