Following his NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series debut this past weekend, NASCAR has not approved driver Cleetus McFarland for his planned second career OAP Series race at Talladega. Officials say they would like to see him race on more short tracks in the series, alongside continuing his efforts in the ARCA Menards and Craftsman Truck Series. Mitchell said in his video regarding the matter that it “is what it is,” while also confirming he has more Truck races on his schedule.
