What’s Happening?

It’s all hands on deck for the Daily Downforce crew’s annual trip to SEMA and AAPEX this week, where they will get to see what the best and brightest bring to two of the automotive industry’s largest shows and exhibitions.

• At SEMA, leaders in the specialty equipment industry showcase their best builds and latest technology. This year, the SEMA Show (Specialty Equipment Market Association Show) once again takes center stage at the Las Vegas Convention Center from November 4 to November 7. 
• Just 8 minutes down the road, AAPEX 2025 is taking place at The Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum. APAPEX focuses on the business side of the aftermarket part industry, with product displays, demonstrations, and valuable networking opportunities.
• Both of these events make for a packed weekend for the automotive industry in Las Vegas, as members around the world flock to Nevada.

Day one means we are on the ground at the Las Vegas Convention Center for SEMA. As always, there’s plenty to look at and dig through from some of the top names in the automotive industry!

The folks at Gearwrench had a huge setup for everyone to prowl through. Of all the many things to take a peek at, the one that stands out the most was this fully decked-out Toyota 4Runner that likely could have handled even the hardest terrains in Nevada.

Big shout-out to our long-time friends at Opti-Coat for putting together this awesome display of their products at SEMA. It’s always a great time to see one of our partners showcase their excellent products on a big stage.

Our NASCAR readers likely know the red H of Haas Automation from their team ownership, led by Gene Haas, and their primary sponsorship, which dates back well over two decades in the sport. However, for those unfamiliar with the Haas brand’s origins, the UMC-400 is one of the brand’s top CNC mills.

Pennsylvania-based Homak Manufacturing was on hand, showcasing some of their craft toolboxes and workspaces. This setup included some of your traditional chest-style boxes, rollers, and even some of their taller models.

Langeman Manufacturing featured a dual display for its line of truck bedliners. This included showcases for their Reflex line of spray-on liners and the versatile Gardit line, which can be applied to a variety of surfaces.

Dynabrade was in full force at SEMA, showcasing its massive lineup of top-of-the-line power tools. They also provided attendees with a hands-on look and feel for their products.

It was hard to miss our friends at Krebs Brothers, who had one of the eye-catching setups of the afternoon with their lineup of automotive lifts, showcasing both modern speed and vintage muscle.

Who else but Milwaukee would be decked out in that iconic shade of red, and everyone knows and loves it, making their display a great draw at SEMA.

The folks at Badass Workbench got the chance to showcase just how tough their products are with a one-of-a-kind display of durability!
