- This special one-off paint scheme promotes the band’s Love and Fear residency at the Sphere in Las Vegas. The four-show residency will kick off on Dec. 5, followed by dates on Dec. 6 and 12, and wrap up on Dec. 13.
- The paint scheme design is a far departure from Larson’s typical Red, White, and Blue found on his Hendrickcars.com and Valvoline cars. Some fans have pointed out that the matte black with metallic gold is reminiscent of the NAPA Gold Filters paint scheme driven by Chase Elliott last fall.
- In a video posted to X, the 46-year-old singer stated that the car was “the greatest way to spread the word” about their upcoming time at the Sphere. In fact, the band perhaps couldn’t have chosen a better driver to sponsor in Vegas, as Larson has dominated the track in recent seasons.
- Alongside his three career NASCAR Cup Series wins at LVMS, having won three of the past nine races, the 32-year-old has a 7.4 average start and 9.4 average finish at the track with just one DNF. His success goes beyond the Cup Series as well, as Larson has three top fives (all podium finishes) and a win in his four Xfinity Series starts at the 1.5-mile oval.
