What’s Happening?

NASCAR Cup Series Practice and Qualifying coverage is shaking up for the 2025 season. Here’s how and when to watch or livestream NASCAR Cup Series Practice and Qualifying in 2025.

Where Can You Watch NASCAR Practice and Qualifying in 2025?

As part of the 2025 NASCAR TV Deal, NASCAR will broadcast Cup Series practice and qualifying on three different platforms throughout the season.

For the first half of the NASCAR Cup Series season, practice and qualifying will be on Amazon Prime Video. Prime Video requires a subscription, and its coverage is the first time practice and qualifying will be exclusive to streaming.

This is the case for all first-half races minus the All-Star Race, the Clash, and the Daytona 500, which remain with FOX Sports. In the second half of the season, TNT Sports takes over coverage. The TNT Sports portion of practice and qualifying coverage will be live on TruTV or through a subscription to the MAX streaming service.

How Can You Watch NASCAR Practice and Qualifying in 2025?

There are several options for watching practice and qualifying this year beyond the traditional cable or satellite channels. In order to watch the entirety of practice and qualifying coverage, however, you will have to have access to cable channels and at least one streaming service.

The bulk of the first half of practice and qualifying in 2025 will only be on the Amazon Prime Video app, which you can access on your Smart TV, Phone, or Computer.

For FOX coverage of the All-Star Race, the Clash, and the Daytona 500 practice and qualifying, you can watch on the FOX Sports app if you have an existing provider or through Live TV Streaming Services like YouTube TV.

For TNT’s coverage of the second half of the season, you can watch either via an existing provider or through Live TV Streaming Services. If you have an existing provider, you can watch it via the truTV app.

If you do not have cable, you can purchase a MAX subscription, which will provide you with coverage of the second half of the season’s practice and qualifying and the five Cup Series races that TNT will broadcast in 2025.
