NASCAR did it and gave Austin Dillon a penalty he deserves while setting a new precedent that these kinds of actions are unacceptable. Eric Estepp from Out Of The Groove is here to break down everything.

• After Joey Logano decided to do a burnout in front of Austin Dillon’s friends and family on Pit Road, NASCAR decided to fine him $50,000 for dangerous driving. Do you think this penalty was too light? 
• One of the most controversial things that happened on Sunday night was whether or not Austin Dillon’s spotter told him to wreck Denny Hamlin; NASCAR decided to suspend Austin Dillon’s spotter for three races. Do you think this penalty was too harsh?
