Is Teresa Earnhardt Giving Up On Her DEI Trademark

Usually, when Teresa Earnhardt is in the news it’s not for something positive, especially if you’re a Dale Jr fan but in the coming weeks that could all change. Brake Hard is here to explain everything that’s going on with the trademark.

• The trademark for the DEI number eight has not been renewed, this could mean a lot for fans who haven’t seen that number on track in almost 20 years. Do you think this is Theresa‘s apology to the Earnhardt family or is she just getting NASCAR fan’s hopes up?
• Even though the eight hasn’t been renewed, the DEI one font has. We saw last year Teresa and Trackhouse get into a legal battle over the use of the number one last year. Do you think that Teresa has more of a grudge for Trackhouse than she does for Dale Jr?
• I’ve never noticed that NASCAR doesn’t sell any number eight DEI merch anymore. Do you think if the trademark isn’t renewed NASCAR will start selling more old Dale Jr merch, maybe even number eight for a throwback scheme?
