What’s Happening

Another week means new diecast arrivals on lionelracing.com. The theme of this week is throwback paint schemes along with a first Cup Series start diecast in there as well.

  • We update these collections every week featuring the newest pre-orders available on Lionel. Any new diecast available will be included.

Cup Series: Ross Chastain Busch Light Crocs

Availability: Pre-Order (Estimated Ship Date: 12/31/24)

Ross Chastain adds an extra splash to his Busch Light scheme with Crocs joining as another sponsor. The car debuts at Kansas Speedway, and it comes after a new licensing deal between NASCAR and Crocs.

Cup Series: Brad Keselowski Castrol Throwback

Availability: Pre-Order (Estimated Ship Date: 12/31/24)

Brad Keselowski will sport a Castrol GTX throwback paint scheme. This one throws it back to a Castrol-sponsored car in the Japan Grand Touring Car Championship in 1995.

Cup Series: Kyle Busch FICO

Availability: Pre-Order (Estimated Ship Date: 11/30/24)

Kyle Busch brings on FICO as a new sponsor for the 2024 season. He won the pole at Dover in this scheme, leading to his 2nd top-5 finish of the season.

Cup Series: Ryan Blaney Advanced Auto

Availability: Pre-Order (Estimated Ship Date: 11/30/24)

Ryan Blaney brings back Advance Auto Parts for the 2024 season. He has 2 top-5s so far with the scheme, with 5th-place finishes at Phoenix and Martinsville.

Cup Series: Harrison Burton DEX Imagining Throwback

Availability: Pre-Order (Estimated Ship Date: 12/31/24)

The Wood Brothers throw it back to their infancy. This car was a 1939 Ford Modified that raced in 1953, the first year of the race team.

Cup Series: Bubba Wallace Columbia PFG Americana

Availability: Pre-Order (Estimated Ship Date: 12/31/24)

Bubba Wallace raced this paint scheme at Texas Motor Speedway earlier this season. He finished 7th after leading 5 laps on the day.

Cup Series: William Byron Axalta Throwback

Availability: Pre-Order (Estimated Ship Date: 12/31/24)

William Byron will once again pay tribute to Jeff Gordon with this throwback scheme. This one honors Gordon’s early 2010s scheme.

Cup Series: Corey Heim STP Dover Raced Version

Coey Heim drove an STP-sponsored Number 43 car in his first NASCAR Cup Series start at Dover. He finished 25th that day.

Tyler Reddick Jordan Brand White

Availability: Pre-Order (Estimated Ship Date: 12/31/24)

Tyler Reddick debuted a brand new white Jordan Brand scheme this year. He took this car to victory lane at Talladega, and the Raced Win Version is already available on lionelracing.com as well.

No. 48: Alex Bowman Ally Throwback

Availability: Pre-Order (Estimated Ship Date: 12/31/24)

Alex Bowman throws it back to the first iconic No. 48 car for the Darlington race. This scheme looks at Johnson’s first seasons between 2002 and 2005 before he won his 7 Cup Series Championships.

Cup Series: Hendrick Motorsports Throwback 4-Pack

Availability: Pre-Order (Estimated Ship Date: 12/31/24)

This special 4-pack features all 4 Hendrick Motorsports Darlington throwback paint schemes. Each scheme represents a different era in HMS history, and it comes at a perfect time with Hendrick Motorsports’ 40th anniversary season.

Xfinity Series: Justin Allgaier Hellmann’s RCPT Salutes

Justin Allgaier will run a special D-Day themed paint scheme at Charlotte in honor of Memorial Day.

Xfinity Series: Brandon Jones Menards Throwback

Availability: Pre-Order (Estimated Ship Date: 11/30/24)

Brandon Jones throws it back to Dale Earnhardt Jr. from Richmond in 2018. This was Earnhardt Jr.’s return to the driver’s seat after retiring from full-time competition after the 2017 season.
