What’s Happening?

There’s an old adage in racing that racer’s wives and girlfriends go through as much if not more stress on race day than the drivers do. It takes a stout support system for a race car driver, and that starts with a supportive family, including wives and girlfriends. You may see them on pit road before the race, but, who exactly are these women? Well, this is a look at NASCAR driver’s wives and girlfriends.

  • We are looking at the wives and girlfriends across all three NASCAR National Touring Series. From the Cup Series to the Xfinity Series, to the Craftsman Truck Series.
  • We will include any drivers that have either a confirmed or a rumored significant other in their lives. If a driver is, by our best estimation, either single or has no announced relationship, they will be omitted from this list.
  • Fans have an interesting curiosity about the wives and girlfriends of NASCAR drivers because of the insight it gives into their personal lives. In NASCAR: Full Speed, for example, the wives and girlfriends’ stories were heavily followed because they were the link to the drivers’ personal lives.
