Although NASCAR 25 has been available for just over a month, a new report reveals new information about the game’s follow-up, NASCAR 26.
It’s no secret that iRacing has plans to continue its line of NASCAR games beyond the series debut game, NASCAR 25, that released last month. However, fans are already getting an idea of what will be added in NASCAR 26.
A new report from Dustin Albino of Jayski claims that the next version of the game will include the new San Diego Street Circuit at Naval Base Coronado, as well as Chevrolet’s new body style.
It should come as no surprise that the new Chevrolet body is a slight alteration of the one used in 2022 and the same Camaro model designed in 2018, but the addition of the San Diego Street Circuit is a question that some fans have been asking.
The status of the new track came into question after the track list for NASCAR 25 was revealed in September. The announcement revealed that notable tracks like Autódromo Hermanos Rodríguez, Bowman Gray Stadium, and Portland International Raceway were not included in the game.
Although the San Diego track was likely to be included in the new game, as Ben Kennedy, NASCAR EVP and Chief Venue and Racing Innovation Officer, stated upon the track’s addition to the 2026 schedule, they worked closely with iRacing to help develop the street course.

Nonetheless, these two new additions will more than likely, barring some dramatic change in course, be accompanied by changes such as the addition of a new Craftsman Truck Series OEM Ram and a returning Chicagoland Speedway.
So far, NASCAR 25 has had mixed reviews in its short lifespan. While fans enjoy the game’s actual racing, there are some complaints about certain aspects of gameplay, such as course cutting and restarts, alongside issues with the design of the game’s online mode.
