- Both the Daytona 500 and the Xfinity race were moved to Monday after a rainy weekend, with the Xfinity race scheduled for 11am EST followed by the Daytona 500 at 4pm.
- As noted by the track, this will be the first Monday doubleheader for Daytona International, a treat for fans who are able to attend or watch live.
- This reschedule for rain was much quicker than previous calls this weekend, as NASCAR cautiously waited out several hours on Saturday before rescheduling Xfinity. Fans will not have to wait around on Sunday knowing the race is moved to Monday.
