Kaylee Bryson to Make ARCA Debut at Sonoma

What’s Happening?

This afternoon, Kaylee Bryson announced that she will make her ARCA debut this weekend at Sonoma. Bryson will be driving the number 17 Cook Racing Technologies Chevrolet this weekend, with sponsorship fron LSIE Logical Systems LLC.

  • Bryson, 24, currently competes full-time in the Trans-Am and USAC Silver Crown Series. She is a three-time winner in the Trans-Am Series and a one-time winner in the Silver Crown.
  • This weekend will mark Bryson’s debut in stock car racing. But considering her previous experience in road racing, she should be fairly competitive in the ride.
  • Cook Racing Technologies is a part-time team in ARCA. Earlier this year, they fielded a car for Dr. Patrick Staropoli at Kansas. He finished 22nd in that race.

There’ll be a lot of eyes on her this weekend to see how she fares in her first stint at stockcar racing.
