- One advantage that RCR and the Flying Aces had over their competitors was the chemistry they all adopted from building this team to the success that it is today. How important do you think chemistry is to have success in NASCAR?
- When RCR added Andy Petry to the team, it caused a considerable culture shock for the entire team, who were used to playing within the gray areas of the rule book, Andy decided to make the team follow rules with more honesty and trust the driver to do his job. If you were the driver, would you want your crew chief to be more aggressive when building the car?
