- Williams will pilot the team’s No. 91 car in his second race since his release from Kaulig Racing on Jul. 30. Williams made his return to the NASCAR Xfinity Series last weekend with Alpha Prime Racing, where he finished 34th, crashing out after a solid run.
- The 31-year-old previously raced with DGM from 2016 to 2021, before returning to the team in late 2022 and racing their No. 92 until the end of the 2023 season. After his stint with the team, Williams moved to Kaulig, but failed to match expectations.
- In total, DGM and Williams have 167 starts together across eight seasons. During his time with the team, Williams was known as a solid, consistent finisher, helping establish him and his team as competitive entries in the NASCAR Xfinity Series.
- Despite his consistent performances, Williams is not known as a road course racer, but has had solid consistency at PIR, scoring a career-best seventh-place finish in his third start at the track last season in Kaulig’s No. 11.
