- Earnhardt follows 2025 NASCAR inductee and former teammate Jimmie Johnson in receiving this honor. Earnhardt Jr’s father Dale Earnhardt Sr. was posthumously inducted in the class of 2002. Both Earnhardts are also inductees of the NASCAR Hall of Fame.
- The 2026 MSHFA induction ceremony will take place in Daytona Beach on Mar. 9 and 10, 2026.
