NASCAR is back in the Windy City this weekend, and teams are breaking out some interesting schemes for this weekend. It’s 4th of July weekend, so a few the schemes have a bit of a patriotic or Chicago flair to them.
Not a scheme that will be run on the track on Sunday, but, with running in the bossman’s town of fame, there is nothing like a Michael Jordan showcar.

Michael McDowell will carry the local sponsor, Chicago Pneumatic this weekend.
Todd Gilliland will run a similarly colored scheme to McDowell, but with Gener8tor Skills on the car this weekend.
Hendrick cars this weekend will run typical sponsors, but Kyle Larson will include some patriotic flair for 4th of July weekend. Chase Elliott will run Hooters, William Byron will run Valvoline, and Alex Bowman will run Ally.
Brennan Poole will run a scheme featuring local company Van Der Hagen this weekend.
Ricky Stenhouse Jr will run a Sunny D Mariano’s car this weekend at Chicago.
New schemes for both A.J. Allmendinger and Justin Haley will run brand new schemes this weekend. Allmendinger will run BathPlanet, and Haley will run Benesch this weekend.
Another Zeigler scheme is in the works for Josh Bilicki and LiveFast Motorsports this weekend.
Jimmie Johnson will not be racing this weekend, but Erik Jones and Noah Gragson will be. Gragson will be running a special Wendy’s Baconator scheme, while Jones will run a black Draiver scheme.
Talk about two beautiful patriotic cars this for this weekend! Both Brad Keselowski and Chris Buescher will run red chrome numbers on the red white and blue this weekend.
Austin Dillon and Kyle Busch will run typical Bioethanol and 3Chi this weekend. Sheldon Creed and Austin Hill will run patriotic schemes for the Xfinity Series race.
The British Jenson Button will run a patriotic color scheme this weekend with Mobil-1 on the hood.
Camping World will sponsor road course ringer Andy Lally this weekend at the Chicago Street Race
Ty Dillon will run a Chicago White Sox scheme this weekend at Chicago with some help from Chicago Pizza chain, Beggars Pizza.
Stewart-Haas is full of patriotic schemes with Ryan Preece, Aric Almirola, and Chase Briscoe all running patriotic schemes. Kevin Harvick will run a GearWrench scheme.
Ross Chastain will run a special AdventHealth scheme with partnership of UChicago Medicine.
Daniel Suarez will run a Chicago themed paint scheme with WorldWide Express on the hood. Light blue, white, and red, just like the Chicago city flag.
