What’s Happening?

Everyone loves a winner, though only a select handful of drivers who have made a start in the NASCAR Cup Series have had the honor of hoisting a trophy in victory lane. Here are the winningest active drivers entering the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series season.

  • This list will only consist of the drivers competing full-time in the 2026 NASCAR Cup Series who have won a race during their Cup Series career.
  • This list is broken up based on sections like drivers with 10 or fewer career wins, 20 or fewer career wins, and 30 or fewer career wins. For those with more than 30 wins, they will have their own respective section.
  • There are many drivers still aiming to make it on the list of active drivers to win a race in the Cup Series, with at least one new driver scoring a win during each season of the NASCAR Next Gen era.

Less Than 10 Career Wins

  • Cole Custer – 1 Win
  • Josh Berry – 1 Win
  • Daniel Suárez – 2 Wins
  • Michael McDowell – 2 Wins
  • A.J. Allmendinger – 3 Wins
  • Erik Jones – 3 Wins
  • Austin Cindric – 3 Wins
  • Bubba Wallace – 3 Wins
  • Ricky Stenhouse Jr. – 4 Wins
  • Chase Briscoe – 5 Wins
  • Austin Dillon – 6 Wins
  • Chris Buescher – 6 Wins
  • Ross Chastain – 6 Wins
  • Shane van Gisbergen – 6 Wins
  • Alex Bowman – 8 Wins
  • Tyler Reddick – 8 Wins

These 16 drivers make up the majority of those active in the NASCAR Cup Series in 2026.

Last year, Josh Berry joined the list, while drivers like Chase Briscoe, with his three wins, and Shane van Gisbergen, with his five wins, shot up the rankings towards breaking the ten-win mark in their careers.

Less Than 20 Career Wins

  • Christopher Bell – 13 Wins
  • William Byron – 16 Wins
  • Ryan Blaney – 17 Wins

These drivers are still at the beginning of, or even entering the middle stages of, what is likely a long, successful, and championship-contending career in the NASCAR Cup Series.

Less Than 30 Career Wins

  • Chase Elliott – 21 Wins

Chase Elliott is the driver who currently sits closest to breaking through the 30-career-win mark. The Georgia native and second-generation driver made great strides towards this goal from 2019 to 2022, but has stalled out in recent years.

Kyle Larson – 32 Wins

Kyle Larson broke the 30-win mark in 2025 with his win at Homestead Miami Speedway in the spring. Despite a hot start to the year, Larson failed to win during the entire second half of the 2025 season, though it wasn’t all bad, as he scored his second career championship at Phoenix in November.

Brad Keselowski – 36 Wins

The NASCAR Next Gen era hasn’t been great to owner/driver Brad Keselowski. Since departing team Penske at the start of the 2022 season, Brad has had three seasons without a win at RFK Racing, including this past year, where the veteran struggled early on and fell short of returning to victory lane.

Joey Logano – 37 Wins

Much like his 2023 campaign, Joey Logano backed up a four-win championship season with a one-win season in 2025. But that one win, at Texas Motor Speedway in the spring, pushed him past his former Team Penske teammate Brad Keselowski, and one notch closer to that elusive 40th career win.

Denny Hamlin – 60 Wins

Denny Hamlin turned on the jets in 2025, even though he fell short of his first career championship. The living legend six races in a season for the first time since 2020, and finally hit win number 60, which tied him with Kevin Harvick for 10th on NASCAR’s all-time wins list.

Kyle Busch – 63 Wins

As Denny Hamlin continues to climb the NASCAR ladder, his former Joe Gibbs Racing teammate Kyle Busch has entirely stalled out in his pursuit of eighth on NASCAR’s all-time wins list, currently held by 76-time race winner Dale Earnhardt. Busch has a long way to go, and though he may fall short of Earnhardt, the future Hall of Fame driver still has a lot of fight left in him.

This list will be updated race to race as the season continues.
