It’s time for your weekly edition of the Out Of The Groove Power Hour, where this week, Brendan Poole and Eric Estepp react to the Haley LaJoie trade and Dale Jr’s potential final Xfinity Series race.

• It’s hard to find anyone in the sport who didn’t admire Dale Jr growing up. Now many Xfinity Series drivers get a chance to race against one of their idols at least once a year. What do you think would be the most nerve-racking part about racing against Dale Jr?
• This week we saw a very rare thing in the NASCAR Cup Series and that is a one for one trade in the middle of the season. Out of Corey LaJoie and Justin Haley, who do you think will be more impressive  by the end of the season?
