What’s Happening?

Jeremy Clements Racing has formed a new technical alliance, joining forces with the Haas Factory Team for the upcoming season.

This new alliance will not only provide the team with valuable technical support from HFT but will also see the No. 51 team relocate to HFT’s shop for the upcoming season.

As part of this announcement, the team will also remain within the Chevrolet camp, as HFT recently announced its own switch to Chevrolet for the upcoming season.

HFT’s shift to Chevrolet will see their two NASCAR O’Reilly Auto Parts Series (formerly Xfinity) entries and their Cup Series entry, now alongside the JCR No. 51, as part of the Hendrick Alliance, with their engines coming from Hendrick Motorsports.

The two-car team, which emerged from the ashes of Stewart-Haas Racing, previously ran Fords during the 2025 season, with SHR’s relationship with Ford dating back to 2017.

For JCR, this announcement confirms that the family-owned team will return for a 16th season of action in NASCAR’s second-highest National Series.

Last season, the team improved on a disappointing 2024 effort, not only in counting stats, such as top tens, but also in their average finish, with owner-driver Jeremy Clements scoring a 22.6 finish through 33 races.

Nonetheless, the team has experienced a gradual decline in performance over the past few seasons, following their last NASCAR Xfinity Series Playoff appearance in 2022.

This new alliance with HFT could help the fan-favorite team get back on track for the 2026 season.
