What’s Happening?
V8 Sleuth reports that Will Brown will be the next Supercars star to try his hand at NASCAR. The Supercars points leader will reportedly make a one-off start at Sonoma Raceway with Richard Childress Racing in the No. 33 car.
- Will Brown currently races full-time in Australian Supercars for Triple Eight Race Engineering. He is in his 3rd season in the series, and he has 3 wins so far this season while also leading the points.
- Brown becomes the fourth Supercars driver to come race in NASCAR over the last couple of years. SVG and Brodie Kostecki made starts in 2023 with SVG winning the Chicago Street Race and joining NASCAR full-time in 2024. Cam Waters is making sporadic starts for ThorSport in the Truck Series.
